On Thursday, in the morning, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC greeted members of the Probus Club of Wavell visiting for morning tea and a guided tour of the House and gardens.

In the afternoon, at Parliament House, Brisbane, His Excellency presided at a meeting of the Executive Council.

In the evening, at the Government House, His Excellency and Mrs de Jersey hosted a reception for Queensland Theatre’s 50th Anniversary, and the Governor addressed guests.
