On Wednesday, in the afternoon, at Government House, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC and Mrs Kaye de Jersey hosted a luncheon in honour of the impending retirement of the Honourable Justice John Dowsett AM from the Federal Court of Australia. Guests included the Honourable Justice David Jackson; the Honourable Justice Philip Morrison; the Honourable John Byrne AO, RFD, QC; the Honourable Justice Andrew Greenwood; the Honourable Justice David Thomas; Mr Grant Dowsett; Mr Rod Duncan; Mr Jeffrey Thomson and Air Commodore Mark Gower OAM.
