In the afternoon, at the Anglican Church Grammar School “Churchie”, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC attended the 50 Year Reunion for the Class of 1965, hosted by the Churchie Old Boys’ Association, and then viewed the first XV rugby match between Churchie and St Joseph’s College, Gregory Terrace.

In the evening, at the Queensland Performing Arts Centre, the Governor and Mrs Kaye de Jersey attended a performance of I Musici’s “An Italian Odyssey”.
