On Thursday, in the morning, at Government House, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC greeted members of the GFS – An Anglican Ministry in Brisbane visiting for a morning tea and guided tour of the House and gardens.

Following, at 1 William Street, Brisbane, the Governor presided at a meeting of the Executive Council of Queensland.

In the afternoon, at Government House, the Governor and Mrs Kaye de Jersey hosted a reception to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Alumni Friends of The University of Queensland where His Excellency addressed guests.
