On Wednesday, in the morning, at Government House, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young AC PSM received the Electoral Commissioner of Queensland, Mr Pat Vidgen PSM.

Following, at Government House, Her Excellency hosted a morning tea in support of Friends of the Queensland Police Museum, and the Governor addressed guests.

Following, at Government House, members of Friends of the Queensland Police Museum visited for a guided tour of the House and gardens. 

In the evening, at Government House, Her Excellency hosted a dinner in support of National Carers Week and the Governor addressed guests.
