On Thursday, in the morning, at 1 William Street, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC presided at a meeting of the Executive Council.

In the evening, at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre, South Bank, His Excellency attended the 2018 Queensland Business Leaders Hall of Fame Induction Dinner, and the Governor addressed guests.

Also in the evening, at the Queensland Performing Arts Centre, South Bank, Mrs Kaye de Jersey attended the Brisbane premiere of Beautiful: The Carole King Musical.
