On Tuesday, in the morning at Government House, students from TAFE Queensland AMEP Program visited for a guided tour of the House and gardens.  

In the afternoon, at Government House, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young AC PSM and Professor Graeme Nimmo RFD hosted a reception in celebration of The Royal Humane Society of Australasia's Sesquicentenary, and the Governor addressed guests.
