On Wednesday, in the morning, at Government House, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young AC PSM and Professor Graeme Nimmo RFD hosted a Community Bush Walk in support of Veterans’ Health and Queensland’s inaugural War Widows Day and the Governor addressed the guests.

 

In the afternoon, at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre, South Brisbane, Her Excellency attended the War Widows Day 2022 Luncheon and the Governor addressed guests.

 

Following, at Government House, Her Excellency hosted a Reception in support of the Children’s Hospital Foundation ‘Thank You Day’ and the Governor addressed guests.
