Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers Speech

On Saturday, in the morning, the Governor and Mrs de Jersey departed Brisbane for an official visit to Toowoomba (Darling Downs).

In the afternoon, at the Toowoomba Civic Square, the Governor and Mrs de Jersey attended the 66th Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers Mayoral Garden Party, where the Governor addressed guests and officially opened the 2015 carnival.

Following, the Governor and Mrs de Jersey viewed the Grand Central Floral Parade, before departing Toowoomba to return to Brisbane.
