On Tuesday, in the morning, at Government House, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC and Mrs Kaye de Jersey hosted a morning tea with State Library of Queensland and Queensland Library Foundation representatives to witness the hanging of a portrait of Queensland’s 8th Governor, the Right Honourable Charles Wallace Alexander Napier Cochrane-Baillie, Baron Lamington GCMG.
