In the morning, at the Seoul Emergency Operations Centre, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC met Commissioner, Mr Mokyoung Min, for a briefing on the technology and systems used in Korea for disaster management and emergency operations, and toured the Centre.

In the afternoon, the Governor and Mrs Kaye de Jersey departed Seoul for return to Brisbane.

Earlier, in the morning, at the Battle for Australia memorial, George Street, Commander Dominic Katter RANR represented the Governor and attended the Battle for Australia Commemoration Service, where Commander Katter laid the first wreath.Katter

Also, earlier in the morning, residents of the Runaway Bay Retirement Village visited Government House for morning tea and a guided tour of the House and Gardens.
