On Tuesday, in the morning, at Government House, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC greeted members of the Zonta Club of Brisbane visiting for morning tea and a guided tour of the House and gardens.

In the afternoon, at Government House, His Excellency received the Ambassador of Israel to Australia, His Excellency Mr Mark Sofer.

Following, at Government House, His Excellency and Mrs Kaye de Jersey hosted a reception for the presentation of the English Speaking Union Queensland trophies and awards, and the Governor addressed guests.
