In the Morning Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young PSM and Professor Graeme Nimmo RFD attended the Queensland Maritime Museum Anniversary celebrations of the Lucinda at South Brisbane where the Governor provided remarks and unveiled a plaque.

 

Later in the evening Her Excellency and Professor Nimmo RFD attended the Queensland Opera opening night performance of VERDI, at the Queensland Performing Arts Centre.
