On Saturday, in the morning, at Brookfield State School, Brookfield, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC CVO attended the Brookfield State School 150th Anniversary, and addressed guests, unveiled a plaque, and planted a tree. 

In the afternoon, at Emmanuel College Church, St Lucia, His Excellency attended the Queensland University Regiment Consecration and Presentation of Colours, and addressed guests and presented the Colours.

In the evening, at the Gallery of Modern Art, South Brisbane, His Excellency and Mrs Kaye de Jersey attended the Queensland Art Gallery | Gallery of Modern Art Foundation annual Christmas celebration and viewed the Exhibition ‘European Masterpieces from The Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York’, and His Excellency addressed guests.
