On Thursday, in the morning, at Government House, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC received the Clerk of the Parliament, Mr Neil Laurie, for the presentation of two Bills for Assent.

Following, at 1 William Street, His Excellency presided at a meeting of the Executive Council.

In the afternoon, at Government House, His Excellency and Mrs Kaye de Jersey hosted a reception in support of Foodbank Queensland, and the Governor addressed guests.
