On Wednesday, in the morning, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC greeted members of Camira Friends and Neighbourhood Club Inc visiting for morning tea and a guided tour of the House and gardens.

In the afternoon, His Excellency ceased duty as Administrator of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia and resumed duty as Governor of Queensland, and the Honourable Chief Justice Catherine Holmes ceased duty as Acting Governor of Queensland.
