On Sunday, in the morning, at the Australian Stockman’s Hall of Fame and Outback Heritage Centre, Longreach, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young AC PSM and Professor Graeme Nimmo RFD attended a panel discussion hosted by the University of Queensland.

Following, at the Eternal Muster Memorial, Longreach, Her Excellency and Professor Nimmo attended the mounting of a Bronze Leaf on the memorial celebrating the extraordinary life and contribution of Mr Robert Larter, before joining the Mayor of Longreach, Councillor Tony Rayner on a bus tour of Longreach.

In the evening, at Smithy’s Camp, Longreach, Her Excellency and Professor Nimmo attended the Festival of Outback Opera Ball.
