On Thursday, in the morning, at 1 William Street, Brisbane, the Honourable Catherine Holmes, Acting Governor, presided at a meeting of the Executive Council.

On Thursday, in the morning, at the Royal Overseas League Club, London, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC and Mrs Kaye de Jersey hosted a breakfast in support of Vice-Regal Patronages in the United Kingdom, and the Governor addressed guests.  

Following, at the Tate Britain, Millbank, Westminster, London, His Excellency and Mrs de Jersey toured the John Turner Exhibition.

In the afternoon, at the Saatchi Gallery, Chelsea, London, His Excellency and Mrs de Jersey toured the Tutankhamun Revival exhibition. 

In the evening, at Stoke Lodge, London, His Excellency and Mrs de Jersey attended a dinner hosted by the Australian High Commissioner, His Excellency the Honourable George Brandis QC, in honour of the Governor, and the Governor addressed guests.
