On Thursday, in the morning, at Brisbane City Hall, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young AC PSM attended the Women’s Legal Service Annual Legal Profession Breakfast, and the Governor addressed guests.  

In the afternoon, at 1 William Street, Her Excellency presided at a special meeting of Executive Council.  

Following, at Government House, Her Excellency and Professor Graeme Nimmo RFD hosted a reception in support of MS Queensland and the Governor addressed guests.   

In the evening, at Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre, South Brisbane, Her Excellency and Professor Nimmo attended 2024 Queensland Sports Awards Hall of Fame Induction, and the Governor addressed guests.
