On Saturday, in the morning, at the Royal International Convention Centre, Bowen Hills, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young AC PSM attended the 2024 RSL Queensland State Congress, and the Governor officially opened the congress and addressed guests.  

Following, at Allan Border Field, Albion, Her Excellency attended the 10th International Day of Yoga celebrations, and the Governor addressed guests.  

In the afternoon, at Nissan Arena, Nathan, Her Excellency attended the Round 11 Suncorp Super Netball match between the Queensland Firebirds and West Coast Fever.
