On Tuesday, in the morning, at Government House, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young PSM and Professor Graeme Nimmo RFD received the High Commissioner of Canada in Australia, His Excellency Mr Mark Glauser and Mrs Diane Glauser. 

Following, at Government House, Her Excellency received President, Australia Japan Society - Qld Committee, Ms Margaret Rackeman and Vice-President, Australia Japan Society - Qld Committee, Mr David Shield.  

In the afternoon, at Government House, Her Excellency and Professor Nimmo hosted an afternoon reception in support of the Queensland Choir’s 150th Anniversary, and the Governor addressed guests.
