On Wednesday, in the morning, at St John the Baptist Anglican Church, Bulimba, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC and Mrs Kaye de Jersey attended the funeral service of Mrs Joan Nell Hazell.
In the afternoon, at Government House, the Governor received the President of the Bar Association of Queensland, Mr Christopher Hughes QC.
