On Wednesday, in the morning, at Government House, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young AC PSM and Professor Graeme Nimmo RFD received the Ambassador of Israel, His Excellency Mr Amir Maimon.
Following, at Government House, Her Excellency greeted members of the Redland City Council Strategic Planning Team visiting for a guided tour of the House and Gardens.
In the afternoon, at Government House, Her Excellency hosted an Investiture Ceremony for the 2019 Special Olympics Team and presented recipients with the Australian Sports Medal. In the evening, at the Royal Queensland Yacht Squadron, Manly, Her Excellency and Professor Nimmo attended a dinner to Launch the 2023 East Coast Great Youth Adventure.
