In the morning, at Government House, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC, Administrator of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, received the Editor, RACQ Publishing, Ms Lynda Schekoske. 

Also in the morning, at the Executive Building, George Street, the Acting Governor, the Honourable Justice John Muir, presided at a meeting of the Executive Council.

In the afternoon, at the State Library of Queensland, His Excellency the Administrator, attended the memorial service in honour of the Honourable Cecil (Bill) William Pincus QC.
