On Sunday, in the morning, at the Mt Coot-tha Garden Stage, Brisbane Botanic Gardens, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC launched Children’s Week in Queensland and addressed guests.

Also in the morning, at St John’s Anglican Cathedral, Brisbane, the Governor was represented, and had a wreath laid on his behalf, by Major Cynthia Milligan, Honorary Aide-de-Camp, Royal Australian Army, at the Seafarers Day Service of Worship
