In the morning, at Baden Powell Park, Samford, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC, visited the 2014 Scouts Queensland Agoonoree Camp.

In the afternoon, the Governor and Mrs Kaye de Jersey departed Brisbane for an official visit to Bundaberg.
