On Monday, in the morning, at the Shrine of Remembrance, ANZAC Square, Brisbane, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young AC PSM attended Queensland Schools’ ANZAC Commemoration Service, and the Governor provided remarks and laid the first wreath.

 

In the evening, at the Shrine of Remembrance, ANZAC Square, Brisbane, Her Excellency and Professor Graeme Nimmo RFD attended The Nurses Memorial Candlelight Vigil, and the Governor provided remarks and laid the first wreath.
