On Thursday, in the morning, at Government House, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC CVO received the Deputy Clerk of the Parliament, Mr Michael Ries for the presentation of one Bill, to which the Governor granted Assent. 

Following, at Government House, His Excellency greeted members of Friends of Languages visiting for a guided tour of the House and gardens.

In the afternoon, at Government House, His Excellency and Mrs Kaye de Jersey hosted an afternoon reception in support of the Northbank Chambersand, and the Governor addressed guests.
