On Thursday, in the morning, at Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre, South Brisbane, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young PSM attended the Business South Bank Annual Leadership Breakfast and provided remarks.

Following, at Queensland Police Academy, Oxley, Her Excellency attended the Queensland Police Service Police Constable Induction Ceremony Marking the 50th Anniversary of the Queensland Police Service Academy and provided remarks.

In the afternoon, at Jack Tar Memorial, South Brisbane, Her Excellency attended the 80th Anniversary Commemorative Service of the Sinking of HMAS Perth, provided remarks and laid the first wreath.

Following, at 1 William Street, Her Excellency presided at a meeting of Executive Council.
