Government House Queensland
On Thursday, in the morning, at the Executive Building, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC presided at a meeting of the Executive Council of Queensland, the final meeting of the Executive Council to be held at 100 George Street, Brisbane.
In the afternoon, at Government House, the Governor and Mrs Kaye de Jersey hosted afternoon tea for students and professors from Bunka Gakuen University, Japan, and representatives of TAFE Queensland.
Following, at Government House, the Governor and Mrs de Jersey hosted an afternoon tea to celebrate the 130th anniversary of Ithaca Creek State School and its Heritage Listing in 2016, where His Excellency addressed guests.
