On Friday, in the afternoon, at Government House, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC and Mrs Kaye de Jersey hosted an afternoon tea for the presentation of the 2017 Winston Churchill Fellowship Awards where the Governor addressed guests.

In the evening, at the Pullman Hotel Brisbane, the Governor attended the 70th Anniversary St Andrew’s Day Dinner.
