On Monday, in the afternoon, at Government House, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC hosted a lunch for members of the Queensland Rhodes Scholarship Selection Committee and shortlisted candidates for the Queensland Rhodes Scholarship.

Also in the afternoon, at Government House, the Governor received Mr Christopher Peters, Ms Stephanie Hack and Miss Zoe Peters.

Following, at Hamilton Wharf, the Governor visited the HMAS Waller, received a briefing on operations from Commanding Officer, Commander Richard Lindsey RAN, toured facilities and greeted Royal Australian Navy submariners.
