In the morning, at the War Nurses Memorial Park, Bundaberg, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC and Mrs Kaye de Jersey attended the “Remembering Our War Nurses” Dedication and Commemoration Service, for Australian Service Nurses and Centenary of Anzac.

Following, at the Chambers of the Bundaberg Regional Council (BRC), the Governor met the Mayor of Bundaberg, Cr. Mal Foreman, BRC Councillors and staff.

In the afternoon, at Café 1928, Bundaberg Botanic Gardens, the Governor and Mrs de Jersey hosted a community afternoon tea.
