On Tuesday, in the morning, at Government House, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young AC PSM greeted staff from Camp Hill State Infants and Primary School visiting for a guided tour of the House and gardens. 

In the afternoon, at Government House, Her Excellency greeted the Brisbane Botanic Gardens Guides and Welcomers visiting for a guided tour of the gardens. 

In the evening, at Government House, Her Excellency hosted dinner in support of Regional Queensland and the Governor addressed guests. Guests included: Councillor Matt Burnett and Mrs Jessica Wilkes; Councillor Greg Campbell and Mrs Ana Campbell; Councillor Tony Rayner; Councillor Tony Williams and Mrs Lisa Williams; Councillor Amy Eden and Mr Nick Eden; Councillor Janene Fegan and Ms Germaine Kenny; Councillor Lisa Scomazzon and Mr Peter Capp; Ms Paige Caldwell and Ms Lucy Kinbacher; Mrs Angela Masson and Mr Guy Masson; Mr Carlton Meyn and Mr Charlie Wilson; Ms Yolande Yorke and Flight Lieutenant Adam Lo OAM.
