On Thursday, in the morning, at Government House, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young PSM greeted members of Shamrocks Community Family Group visiting for a guided tour of the House and Gardens.

Following, at 1 William Street, Her Excellency presided over a meeting of the Executive Council.

In the afternoon, at Government House, Her Excellency and Professor Graeme Nimmo RFD received the Lord Mayor of Brisbane City Council the Right Honourable the Lord Mayor of Brisbane Councillor Adrian Schrinner and Chief of Staff to the Lord Mayor, Mr Cris Anstey.

In the evening, at Brisbane City Hall, Brisbane City, Her Excellency and Professor Nimmo RFD attended the Australian Institute of Company Directors 2021 Gold Medal awards and Annual Gala Dinner, and Her Excellency addressed guests and presented awards.
