On Wednesday, in the morning, in Singapore, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC and Mrs Kaye de Jersey visited the National Museum of Singapore and viewed the exhibition “Witness to War: Remembering 1942”, a reflection on the impact of the Fall of Singapore on our region.

Following, at the Singapore Art Museum, the Governor and Mrs de Jersey received a briefing on the Museum’s collaborative initiatives with the Queensland Art Gallery / Gallery of Modern Art (QAGOMA).

In the afternoon, at the Australian High Commission in Singapore, the Governor and Mrs de Jersey received a briefing by His Excellency Mr Bruce Gosper, Australian High Commissioner to Singapore.

In the evening, the Governor and Mrs de Jersey attended the Study Gold Coast Showcase, where the Governor addressed guests including key stakeholders in the education sector in Singapore.
