On Friday, in the morning, at Government House, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young AC PSM received the Clerk of the Parliament, Mr Neil Laurie, for the presentation of six Bills for Assent: A Land and Other Legislation Amendment Bill 2024, A Housing Availability and Affordability (Planning and Other Legislation Amendment) Bill 2024, A Building Industry Fairness (Security of Payment) and Other Legislation Amendment Bill, An Energy (Renewable Transformation and Jobs) Bill, A Clean Economy Jobs Bill and An Agriculture and Fisheries and Other Legislation Amendment Bill.
