On Thursday, in the morning, at Narbethong State Special School, Buranda, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC attended a Queensland Symphony Orchestra Quartet ‘We're Sharing the Joy’ performance, and following read a book to students. 

In the afternoon, at Parliament House, His Excellency presided at a meeting of the Executive Council.

In the evening, at Government House, His Excellency and Mrs Kaye de Jersey hosted an afternoon reception in support of Cystic Fibrosis Queensland and the Governor addressed guests.
