On Wednesday, in the morning, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC, Administrator of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, greeted members of the Bernie Brae Centre visiting Government House for morning tea and a guided tour of the House and gardens.

In the evening, at Stamford Plaza, Brisbane, the Administrator attended the Defence Reserves Support Council State Employer Support Awards where His Excellency addressed guests.

Earlier in the afternoon, at the Supreme Court of Queensland, the Honourable Chief Justice Catherine Holmes, Acting Governor of Queensland, received Mr Neil Laurie, Clerk of the Parliament, for the presentation of Bills for Assent.
