On Tuesday, in the morning, at Government House, Her Excellency the Honourable  Dr Jeannette Young AC PSM greeted members of Burnie Brae visiting for a guided tour of the House and gardens. 

In the afternoon, Her Excellency departed Government House for Official Travel to Gold Coast City Council.  

Following, at Robina Hospital, Robina, Her Excellency received a briefing on operations, toured the facility and met with staff.

Following, at Kurrawa Beach Lifesaving Club, Kurrawa, Her Excellency officially opened the 2024 Lifesaving World Championships, and the Governor addressed competitors and guests.

In the evening, Her Excellency returned to Government House from Official Travel to Gold Coast City Council.
