On Monday, in the morning, at the Park Hyatt, Ho Chi Minh City, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC and Mrs Kaye de Jersey received a briefing from the Australian Deputy Consul-General to Vietnam, Ms Petrina Lawson, and Senior Trade Commissioner, Ms Yvonne Chan.

Following, at the University of Medicine – Pham Ngoc Thach, Ho Chi Minh City, His Excellency and Mrs de Jersey witnessed the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between Griffith University and the University of Medicine – Pham Ngoc Thach, and the Governor addressed guests.
