On Tuesday, in the morning, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC greeted members of the Buderim East Probus Club visiting Government visiting Government House for morning tea and a guided tour of the House and Gardens.

In the afternoon, at Government House, the Governor and Mrs Kaye de Jersey hosted a luncheon in honour of the Australian Ballet. Guests included: Mr Craig Dunn; Mr David McAllister AM; Miss Valmai Pidgeon AM; Mrs Barbara Duhig; Mrs Lyn Harvey; Mr Keith McCamley; Mr Craig and Mrs Christine Spencer; Mr Kenneth Watkins; and Ms Cecily Pearson OAM. 

In the afternoon, at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital (RBWH), Herston, the Governor attended the RBWH Foundation’s 2017 Research Grant Awards Ceremony where His Excellency presented key awards and addressed guests.
