Government House Queensland
On Monday, in the morning, at Government House, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC received the State Secretary, Rhodes Scholarship Selection Committee Queensland, Professor Ben White and State Administrator, Ms Kathleen O'Hare.
In the afternoon, at the Kedron-Wavell Services Club, the Governor and Mrs Kaye de Jersey attended the War Widows' Guild's Friendship Day Luncheon, where the Governor addressed guests.

Also, in the afternoon, at Government House, the Governor and Mrs de Jersey received the Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, His Excellency General the Honourable Sir Peter Cosgrove AK, MC (Retd) and Her Excellency Lady Cosgrove.
In the evening, at the Queensland Police Memorial, George Street, the Governor attended the National Police Remembrance Day Candlelight Vigil and laid the first wreath.
Also, in the evening, at Government House, the Governor and Mrs de Jersey hosted dinner in honour of the Right Honourable the Lord Judge and Lady Judge. Guests included; the Honourable Justice Glenn Martin AM and Mrs Robyn Martin, and the Honourable Ian Callinan AC, QC and Mrs Wendy Callinan.
