On Wednesday, in the morning, at Government House, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young AC PSM and Professor Graeme Nimmo RFD hosted a breakfast in support of Mayors from Queensland regions affected by the 2022 floods, and the Governor addressed guests.

Following, at 1 William Street, Brisbane City, Her Excellency presided over a meeting of the Executive Council.

Following, at Government House, Her Excellency greeted members of the public, attending a guided tour of the House and Gardens.

In the afternoon, at Government House, Her Excellency greeted members of the Probus Club Jindalee, attending a guided tour of the House and Gardens.

Following, at Government House, Her Excellency hosted a Reception in support of the 27th YMCA Queensland Youth Parliament, and the Governor addressed guests.

In the evening, at the Botanical Gardens, Brisbane City, Her Excellency attended the National Police Candlelight Vigil and laid the first wreath.
