On Sunday, in the morning, at St James’ Cathedral, Townsville, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC and Mrs Kaye de Jersey attended Sung Eucharist, and the Governor delivered a reading.

Following, at the Charters Towers Show Grounds, His Excellency and Mrs de Jersey attended the Charters Towers Show, and the Governor officially opened the show and addressed guests.

In the evening, His Excellency and Mrs de Jersey returned to Government House following official travel to Townsville.
