On Thursday, in the morning, at 1 William Street, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC CVO presided at a meeting of the Executive Council.

Following, in the afternoon, at Government House, His Excellency greeted members of the public visiting for a guided tour of the gardens. 

Following, at Government House, His Excellency and Mrs Kaye de Jersey hosted an afternoon reception in support of the Queensland Cruising Yacht Club, and the Governor addressed guests.
