On Thursday, in the morning, at Government House, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC received the Clerk of the Parliament, Mr Neil Laurie, for the presentation of bills for Assent.  

Following, the Governor greeted students from Seton College, Mt Gravatt, who were visiting for morning tea and a guided tour of the House and Gardens.

Following, at 1 William St, the Governor presided at a meeting of the Executive Council of Queensland.

In the afternoon, the Governor greeted a second group of students from Seton College, Mt Gravatt, visiting Government House for afternoon tea and a guided tour of the House and Gardens.
