On Friday, in the morning, at the Queensland Cruising Yacht Club (QCYC), Shorncliffe, Professor Graeme Nimmo RFD boarded the MV Mohokoi, and officiated at the start of the 76th Brisbane to Gladstone Yacht Race. 

In the afternoon, at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Rosalie, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young AC PSM attended the Canticum Chamber Choir Music for Holy Week performance.

In the evening, at Suncorp Stadium, Milton, Her Excellency attended the National Rugby League Brisbane Broncos vs North Queensland Cowboys game.
