On Wednesday, in the morning, at Royal International Convention Centre, Bowen Hills, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young AC PSM attended the 2022 Royal Queensland Show Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Celebration Cake Competition. At the conclusion of her visit, Her Excellency was interviewed by Channel 10 Brisbane.

 

Following, at Government House, Her Excellency greeted members of Grace Bible Church for a guided tour of the House and Gardens. 

 

In the afternoon, at Government House, Her Excellency hosted an afternoon tea for the 2022 Country Life Showgirl Award Finalists and Her Excellency addressed guests and presented the finalists with their sashes.
