On Friday, in the morning, at Government House, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young PSM and Professor Graeme Nimmo RFD hosted a Flagpole Unveiling to mark National Reconciliation Week followed by a Community Bushland Walk supported by Health and Wellbeing Queensland, and the Governor addressed guests.

 

In the afternoon, at Government House, Her Excellency and Professor Nimmo received Ms Donna Golledge, Artist and Mr Terry Golledge.

 

In the evening, at Parliament House, Brisbane, Her Excellency and Professor Nimmo attended the Victoria League Brisbane for Commonwealth Friendship Dinner to celebrate the Platinum Jubilee and Birthday of Her Majesty The Queen, and the Governor addressed guests.
